Hi, I’m Coren.
After working for an optometry clinic for 7 years I was burned out from chasing down money from insurance companies and patients. I was spending most of my time filing claims and sitting on hold with insurance companies. I missed interacting with patients.
In 2022 I switched gears and helped open a pediatric DPC. I have loved the adventure of establishing a new practice and quickly developed a passion for DPC and helping other providers looking to establish their own DPC clinics in their communities.
By providing virtual bookkeeping I am able to help DPC clinics across the country and bring providers like you a little more balance to their lives. You know, the work life balance you were looking for when you started your clinic. The vital balance we’re all constantly working towards.

Why Vital Balance?
You started your clinic to get away or avoid the burnout that’s inevitable in the traditional healthcare system. You wanted a better work life balance and more flexibility. So did I.
While I’m not a physician, I’ve worked closely with doctors for the entirety of my professional career. I’ve seen the burn out, I’ve experienced it. I wanted to create a career for myself where I can create that same balance in my own life, while helping others do the same in theirs.
